Services for which payment is required on other monthly basis are available for
fixed 1 month, 3 month or 12 month contract periods.

Web hosting service is considered delivered starting from the moment it was configured and payment.
Domain name registration/transfer is considered done starting from the moment that the corresponding record
appeared in the domain registrar's WHOIS database.

You warrant that You are authorized to make payment using the payment card or facility You disclose to for EMI-SPACE.COM (EMI SPACE). In the event that You are not the named card holder, You acknowledge that You and the party who is the named card holder both accept Terms & Conditions and are jointly and severally liable for the payment of all Prices for which payment will be taken from the payment card. EMI-SPACE.COM (EMI SPACE) reserves the right to suspend all Services until payment is received in full and all outstanding debt is cleared. Any non-payment of a recurring invoice may be subject to an administration charge. You are responsible for all funds owed in the account from the moment of its creation until EMI-SPACE.COM accepts your request or cancels the booking.
You are responsible for any additional costs incurred in EMI-SPACE.COM (EMI SPACE) on payment. You are required to have a valid email address at all times, failure to do so may result in automatic suspension of Your account.
No Refund after fund added to personal account (Credit Balance).
Payments processed by PayPal are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions of Service, and EMI-SPACE.COM (EMI SPACE) makes no representations or warranties with respect to those Services.
Payments processed subscribe by cryptocurrencies are subject to cryptocurrence's terms and conditions of Service, and EMI-SPACE.COM (EMI SPACE) makes no representations or warranties with respect to those Services.
You agree that any notice or communications required or permitted to be delivered under this Agreement by EMI-SPACE.COM (EMI SPACE). You shall be deemed to have been given if delivered by e-mail, or by in the "Notifications" section of your profile, in accordance with the your contact information, You have provided.
You warrant that the contact information that you provide to us on establishment of your account is correct, and that You accept responsibility for keeping this information up to date at all times.
It is the account owner's responsibility to keep his/her password(s) confidential, and to change the password on a regular basis. EMI-SPACE.COM is not responsible for any data losses or security issues due to stolen passwords or any passwords that You have intentionally or accidentally disclosed to any third party. You accept full responsibility for any purchases or modifications made within your control panel by You or by third parties using your account password.
If the payment is overdue, the service is blocked after the paid period has expired. The payment period after blocking begins on the day of blocking.
After the end of the paid period, the data on the User's is stored for three calendar months. After this period, the data is destroyed.
If the account is inactive for a year and there is a positive balance on it, the funds The user is charged 15$ per month for maintaining an inactive account.
If a complaint has been received against the User's, he is obliged to take the necessary actions to solve it within the time frame specified in the ticket.
If the dispute has not been resolved within the reasonable time, then the account User's is blocked. After 3 days from the moment of blocking the User's paid hosting, due to an unresolved complaint, the Hosting EMI-SPACE.COM reserves the right to delete the User's data and account, without refund.

You agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the European Union and the EU member States. You declare and
guarantee that you are not located in any country that is subject to trade and economic restrictions.

You also represent and warrant that you are not a natural or legal person included in any lists of prohibited persons in
the United States or the EU.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to investigate any alleged violation of this AUP or improper the use of our hosting, which we are really aware of. In connection with such investigations, we may report any activities that, as we suspect, violate any law or regulation, the relevant official to law enforcement officials, regulatory authorities, or other relevant third parties. Such reporting can include disclosure, verification and retention of relevant customer information in accordance with applicable law.
